Power Breakfast Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients: 1 cup almond milk 1 cup water ½ tsp kosher salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup whole rolled gluten-free oats 1 blood orange ½ cup fresh berries ¼ cup Park Lane Pantry granola 2 Tbsp hemp seeds ½ banana, sliced

1. Add almond milk and water to a saucepan and heat on high. Add the salt and vanilla extract and bring to a boil.

2. When boiling, pour in the oats, stirring vigorously. Return to a boil and then turn down the heat to low. Simmer until the oats are creamy and plump and the liquid is fully absorbed, about 15 minutes.

3. Turn off the heat and cover the pan. Let the oatmeal sit for 5 minutes to fully absorb the liquid.

4. Add to a bowl and top with Park Lane Pantry granola, sliced blood orange, berries, banana slices and hemp seeds.
