Elaine's Best Breakfast




½ cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup gluten-free rolled oats

1 ripe banana

½ tsp pure vanilla extract

1 Tbsp cocoa powder

2 Tbsp pistachio butter

2 dates, chopped

1 Tbsp honey

¼ cup Park Lane Pantry granola

Pinch of salt


  1. Bring almond milk and ½ cup of water to a boil, add rolled oats, and reduce heat to medium
  2. Mash banana and stir into the oatmeal
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, vanilla extract and salt
  4. Fold in clumps of pistachio butter
  5. Transfer to a bowl and top with chopped dates, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of Park Lane Pantry granola
